Oh gosh….can I say my favorite kitchen accessory is my roommate’s Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer?
It’s my dream to have my own one day!
I would love to win some weights, I have a son in high school and we could work out together!
This summer my favorite kitchen appliance has been my blenders, since I’ve been making smoothies from our berry bushes nearly every day. I’ll probably need to get a replacement one soon.
It’s not really an accessory, but I LOVE cooking on my gas stove! Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always used an electric stove. When we moved into our new house the hookups were gas. It was a bit of adjustment, but I love how much better it cooks!
I recently blogged about my favorite gadget: it’s a special knife and spoon for eating grapefruits! LOVE it!

Electric can openers are so useful! But I have to say my favorite might be an immersion blender…or a grill pan.
I have to admit…every time I hear the word “fartlek” I want to laugh, too! I have the humor of a little boy…he he he!!! Picking ONE kitchen appliance is difficult for me! I’d have to say I use my plug-in kettle more than anything because I’m such an avid tea drinker….I swear that thing is constantly boiling, but it turns itself off so I never have to worry about it “boiling over.”

I don’t think I could live without my food processor.
I really like my apple corer/peeler from Lee Valley. Also, a good knife makes all the difference when cooking.
My favorite kitchen accessory is my color-coded cutting boards (one for meat, one for poultry, one for veggies, etc.). I use them EVERY day, and there’s no cross contamination.
My favorite has to be my food processor. i’d use it everday if it got cleaned fast enough.

Right now my fav is my food processor, especially since I found frozen bananas as ice cream. Yum!
